I just returned from a 5 day Laser Seminar and learned so many things about the reasons the Hair Removal by Laser is resistant,There are so many contradictions with P.C.O.S (Poly Cystic Ovarian Syndrome) which is a problem with excessive hair,Overweight and acne.So many woman dont even know they have it and blame the Laser and the operator so if you are having Laser and running into this problem please check with your Endocrinologist .
Another problem is Birth control pills,Menopause,After Pregnancy and after Breastfeeding.
